Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AHA Prime LTD services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all bookings made via WhatsApp, phone, email, or any other means of communication.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email before work commences. A booking is only confirmed once AHA Prime LTD has acknowledged it in writing. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final charges may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the original description. Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not require a deposit. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted job price. Same-day cancellations may be charged at the full quoted rate. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances, including vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or road closures, with as much advance notice as possible.

5. Liability & Insurance

AHA Prime LTD carries public liability insurance and goods in transit insurance. However, we are not liable for damage to items that are inadequately packed, inherently fragile, or of exceptional value unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing. Our maximum liability per job is limited to the value of goods in transit cover held at the time of the job. Customers are advised to arrange their own additional insurance for high-value items.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate descriptions of items, access information, and any special requirements are provided at the time of booking. AHA Prime LTD is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer, including parking restrictions, narrow access, or items of exceptional weight.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, live animals, flammable liquids, or items whose carriage is restricted by law. By placing a booking, you confirm that no such items are included in your consignment. AHA Prime LTD reserves the right to refuse or abandon a job if prohibited items are discovered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments

AHA Prime LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
